Symantec has just released its latest report on Attack Toolkits and Malicious Websites. The study reveals that as attack kits become more accessible and relatively easier to use, they are being utilised much more widely. This has attracted traditional criminals who would otherwise lack the technical expertise into cybercrime, fueling a self-sustaining, profitable, and increasingly organised global economy. (more…)

Porn Remain Major Threat on Net
Despite many hosting providers banning the storage of pornographic contents on their servers a plethora of pornographic sites still flood the Internet. These range from premium paid sites to many which even offer such content free of charge.
Yet not only does such content pose the risk of moral decay, recent studies have shown that the risk may be more compounded than that. A recent BitDefender news release has claimed that Internet pornography remains a main source of e-threats.
