Hot off the presses from Tokyo is news that Sony will be delivering the PlayStation experience to Android-based portable devices. The “PlayStation®Suite” (PS Suite) is the first in PlayStation history that will be offered on an open operating system. Sony’s PS Suite will be supported on Android 2.3 and later versions.

The shift shows that Sony has clearly recognized the importance of adapting to a dramatically evolving and diversifying mobile market. Today casual gamers have taken the world of portable devices by storm via mobile phones, smart-phones and tablet PCs. (more…)
